My coworker Zoe’s son Charlie is turning 2 today! He is a true boy and loves anything with wheels. For his cupcakes, we decided on “dirt” covered cupcakes with wheels and a few with the number 2. (Don’t worry, the dirt is actually graham crackers and Oreo crumbs.

My coworker recnetly took her family to Disney in Florida, and now Reese–who is turning 2–loves all things Minnie Mouse. This cake is my classic vanilla with buttercream icing under the fondant.
