Basic, But Spectacular

A client ordered a couple dozen of cupcakes for his birthday. While the flavors and decorations are from my go-to list of flavors, I couldn’t help but devour a couple of each. Key lime cupcake with cream cheese frosting, and carrot cake cupcakes.

Delivering Cheer

I’ve been baking up a storm this weekend fulfilling orders and making a few of my holiday favorites along the way. The list included caramels, spritz, oatmeal butterscotch, Russian teacakes, fudge and more!  My husband even commented, when I crawled into bed,”You smell like cookies.”

Snow Falls Like Powdered Sugar

Now that Minneapolis has had its first dusting of snow, I can’t help but think about the holidays and some of my favorite sweet treats.
