I was commissioned to make these cookies and a few other name-specific treats for the cover of a Norwegian heritage magazine. The issue featues an article about name-day celebrations. I had fun finding alphabet cookie cutters and testing a new gingerbread cookie recipe. I can’t wait to see the professional photos!
